HE-015: The HE-015 enables you to choose whether you want quiet or loud with the flick of a switch. When the switch
is activated, the onboard compressor supplies air which will open or close the valve, diverting the exhaust gas flow to a
straight or fully baffled pipe.
The HE-015 allows the rider the comfort of
a quiet ride, relieving the rider of the loud, sustained decibels that occur during long and short rides. The rider can speak
more comfortably to the passenger and/or listen to the radio without competing with an ear ringing exhaust system. Yet, with
the flick of a switch -- AT ANY TIME -- the rider can toggle back to the loud mode. You decide: quiet
or loud!
This exhaust system is also perfect for the performance rider who wants increased
horse power. As we all know, incorrect back pressure wil result in loss of horsepower and more importantly loss of torque.
By adjusting the Limiting Lever, you can reduce the opening of the butterfly valve creating the precise back pressure for
the engine’s optimum performance, regardless of modifications done to the engine. So, don’t tune your engine to
match the pipes. TUNE YOUR PIPES TO MATCH YOUR ENGINE! For model years up to '08.
