Limited Warranty: We guarantee eGlideGoodies'
products against breakage or defects in material or workmanship for up to one year after date of purchase.
If it breaks we'll replace it! Normal wear or damage caused by improper installation or usage excluded.
Other manufacturers' products supplied by eGlideGoodies carry the OEM's warranty.
This limited warranty does not apply to the Oil Helper/Handler.
Receiving your order: Upon receipt of your new order, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition.
All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to eGlideGoodies by email within one business day of receipt of merchandise.
In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the
package to assure full refund/replacement. All packagi MUST be retained until the problem has resolved.
Returns: Products may be authorized for return
up to 10 days after date of purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, contact eGlideGoodies to return
the product for a refund (minus shipping/handling charges and applicable restock fees).
To process a return please contact eGlideGoodies at support@eglidegoodies.com to obtain a return material authorization number (RMA#)
within 10 days from date of purchase. Please do not ship product back without an RMA#. Products shipped without
an RMA# will be refused and not be eligible for refund. (Only packages from our qualified suppliers or packages
with an RMA # can be received at our dock.) Returns must be in the original product packaging, new and fit
for resale. The RMA # must be written clearly on the outside of the returned package/box for it to be accepted
by eGlideGoodies receiving depot. The customer is responsible for the return freight and any applicable insurance.
Special sale purchases cannot be returned.
We do not accept returns on some custom items: windshields, seats, speaker pods and other products per
our customer's finish requirements and option selection. We do not accept returns on previously installed
products and electrical items (all electronics, speakers, modules, etc.), all antennas, after-market touring trunks,
fairing lowers, side-covers, saddlebags, lowering kits and special installation kits (GL-1). We do not
accept returns on oil change/maintenance products. Used and damaged purchases: If the product
shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to the instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or
shipping by the customer, it will not be eligible for exchange, refund
or warranty consideration. Partial S/H fees are not refundable. Up to 20% restocking fees may apply. We
reserve the right to refuse any exceptions.
Please note that all sales are final
for orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States (including APO/FPO addresses).
California Residents: Please add applicable sales tax at 7.75%.
